Zoom is looking for a Customer Security Assurance Lead to join our Customer Security Assurance team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Security Assurance, you will be responsible for driving proactive customer assurance initiatives, leading customer security audits and assessments, responding to customer security requests, and participating in meetings and RFPs for prospective customers. You will also contribute to developing and improving processes for managing customer security requests and building proactive customer assurance content. This role is customer facing so exceptional communication and presentation skills are required.

What you get to do everyday:

• Contribute to building proactive customer security assurance capabilities and content.

• Lead responses to customer security assessment requests, questions, and other customer security requests.

• Lead customer security audits and RFPs and represent Zoom’s information security program in meetings with current and prospective customers.

• Identify gaps in customer facing artifacts and help come up with a plan to create and maintain them.

• Maintain a knowledge base of security content and work with the Security Standards and Compliance team to ensure our customer assurance materials remain accurate, current, and relevant.

• Perform quality assurance of security artifacts, e.g., reviewing completed information security questionnaires for accuracy and completeness.

• Contribute to building and communicating processes for streamlining customer security assurance requests.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar degree

• 8+ years of overall professional experience

• Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to act with agility in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving priorities

• Deep understanding of a wide range of security and privacy assurance frameworks, e.g., ISO 27001, ISMAP, ENS, iRAP, C5, ISO 27701, ISO 27017/18, SOC 2, NIST CSF, HIPAA/HITRUST/HITECH, CSA CAIQ, SIG, etc.

• Relevant professional certifications preferred, e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CTPRP, or HCISPP.
