Hours: Full-time (30-40 hours/week)
Schedule: 8am - 5pm, 1 hour lunch
Type: Non-Exempt
Compensation: $16-20/hour, DOE

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to lend a hand to our fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will have some experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, will be exceedingly well organized and flexible, and will enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a vibrant and dynamic Executive Team alongside a growing team of diverse professionals. This individual must be able to function effectively in a variety of situations within a dynamic environment under minimal supervision.

Preferred education:

  • Some College coursework completion

 

Necessary skills:

  • Proficient at Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Take direction well and be motivated self-starters.
  • Must be open and excited to learn new technologies.
  • Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Be customer service-oriented and learn techniques to best service staff.

 

Responsibilities you might have:

  • Assist the SVP of Operations and other Executive team members with daily schedules and duties, to include:
    • Manage calendars, commitments, and travel arrangements.
    • Planning itineraries, developing agendas and meeting materials, reporting expenses, etc.
    • Drafting official correspondence on behalf of the Vice President(s)
    • Identify gaps in communication and identify issues that need to be escalated
    • Arranging meetings and conference calls (including coordinating all meeting logistics, developing agendas and meeting materials, etc.)
    • Drafting correspondence and presentations
    • Recording, transcribing and distributing notes/minutes of meetings
    • Providing other daily support to staff as needed
    • Plan team building events, lunches, offsite meetings
