Online Community Manager
LogRhythm is seeking an experienced Online Community Manager to join our team in Boulder, CO. The Community Manager plays a critical role growing our LogRhythm user community in both online and offline venues. The Community Manager works closely with the product management team, reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, developing engagement strategies and assisting in quarterly product-related tasks as a customer advocate.

Responsibilities
- Execute online community strategies using the Lithium online community platform to increase user engagement and adoption
- Participate in our online community and implement strategies for increasing participation in regional user communities (LUGs), planning activities with Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operation teams
- Collaborate with content marketing on development and implementation of social promotion campaigns
- Evangelize and work cross-functionally with global marketing, global support and PS, labs, and subject matter experts on content creation as well as community centric programs for LogRhythm’s community plus LogRhythm's related social media channels
- Be a part of the product management team, assisting in various tasks in price book management, maintaining supported device lists, and acting as a customer advocate
- Work with identified key stakeholders and executives to discuss new community initiatives, identifying information requirements and success criteria to gain initiative approvals and providing success measurements after implementation
- Work closely with third party developers to efficiently deliver new community features on a regular cadence
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years community management experience, preferably in the high tech industry
- Experience with the Lithium Community Platform or similar
- Experience leading cross-team projects
- Understanding and practice of good web user experiences
- High level of organization and personal initiative
