Who we're looking for...

The Mid-Market Account Executive is responsible for helping SMB and Mid-Market level businesses determine if BombBomb is the right solution for the challenges they face. You'll seek to understand business needs and challenges and use your expertise and belief in human-centered communication strategies to lead with value and match solutions to problems.

Your day-to-day will be spent educating potential customers, running multiple pitches in a day, and driving big impact on winning new business. You’ll find the team you work with as fun as the product you sell and the customer you sell it to, and you’ll grow and learn together, holding yourself and your team accountable while enjoying some friendly competition. You’ll have confidence in what you’re selling and the way you sell it, knowing that your hard work and the money you earn as a result are changing businesses and lives for the better. 

What you will do...

  • You will deliver on direct revenue for the company every quarter (with no commission cap.)
  • You are ambitious, organized, methodical, highly analytical and comfortable with consistent and repeatable process
  • You will have a history of exceeding quota
  • You’ll need a high volume and high quality of revenue-producing activities like email, video messages, and phone calls and you’ll demonstrate a high level of professionalism and expertise in all customer interactions.
  • You are a phenomenal communicator which translates into the many relationships you’ve established.
  • You’ll use a thorough process to work all your leads to close with accurate recordkeeping and thorough follow-up.
  • You’ll keep timely and accurate notes on your leads. 
  • You’ll adhere to our standards of practice within our tool stack to ensure accurate and timely information and reporting. We’ll use this to help you hone your craft and drive greater results.
  • You’ll be deeply familiar with SFDC, Slack, Zoom, DocuSign, list building and you’ll document things accurately and consistently, and you’ll be successfully onboarding in an in-person and remote environment and fully ramping within 90 days.
  • You’ll bring your knowledge and expertise for the benefit of the team, and you’ll also be prepared to listen, learn, and be challenged. We never stop growing.
  • You’ll participate in team meetings and group coaching sessions and contribute to the growth and success of the team. 
  • Collaborate with enablement, management and leadership to hone your sales skills and provide internal feedback to help improve your team and future hires

Our ideal candidate will be or have…

  • 4+ years experience as a successful sales professional in B2B (SaaS preferred). 
  • Ability to consistently create your own pipeline
  • Consistent ability to prospect and generate your own leads
  • You have a strong foundational sales process that you bring with you
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Strong experience crafting pitch decks, proposals, negotiating and working with internal teams and client teams to facilitate closed won opportunities.
  • Ability to synthesize customer feedback in order to inform product roadmaps and leadership of insights within our industry.
  • Preferred familiarity with our sale tool stack, including: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Seamless, Truly, and Qualified

Compensation:

The on-target earnings for this role are $80,000 - $180,000 annually. Final compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The total compensation for this position is a mix of base salary and sales commissions.
