Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $133,000-$147,000 base with on target earnings of $190,000-$210,000, plus equity

What You’ll Do: 

This management role leads a team of Account Managers who drive revenue through engagement, expansion, and retention across our partner base. This role is critical in expanding our relationships with our partners while helping them deliver cybersecurity to their customers through the Huntress platform.

Your primary measures of success will be on net dollar retention, gross dollar retention, partner loyalty, in addition to coaching and mentoring a growing team. 

This role will work closely with Revenue leadership, as well as our Marketing organization to generate creative ways to help our partners meet their business objectives through expanded offerings, training, education, and empowerment. 

Reporting to the Director of Channel Account Management, this is a high-impact, high-visibility role whose success will be measured by expansion and retention metrics.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage a team of quota-carrying individual contributors
  • Achieve team plan based on both expansion metrics and renewal rates
  • Maintain and reinforce Huntress’ culture
  • Work with partners to be a trusted advisor delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations
  • Develop creative ways to engage with partners

What You Bring To The Team:  

  • 2+ years of experience managing customer/Account Management teams or managing 3rd party Channel Sales teams, ideally focused on mid-market and below
  • 3+ years of experience in a quota carrying account management or sales role
  • Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cyber-security industry
  • Experience with Salesforce, or other similar CRM platforms
  • Passionate about working in the partner community, being an advocate for them, and providing meaningful cybersecurity solutions 
  • Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
