Implementation Specialist


Reports To

The Implementation Specialist reports directly to John James, President of Apparatix.


Job Overview 

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful system adoption of Apparatix by new users. They will interface with experienced internal personnel and Out-Of-Home clients to gain a thorough understanding of their business practices and define the scope of the Onboarding project. The Implementation Specialist will also work closely with the Knowledge Resource Manager to allocate resources pertaining to system configuration and training sessions. Additionally, they will plan, track and coordinate projects related to feature adoption and inventory acquisitions by existing clients.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Interface and communicate with clients through email, video conferencing and Slack

  • Plan the scope of an onboarding project according to a client’s business needs

  • Maintain new client onboarding and feature adoption project templates

  • Track the progress of internal and external tasks associated with onboarding and feature adoption

  • Work collaboratively with the Knowledge Resource Manager to allocate team resources for project implementation

  • Coordinate personnel and their respective tasks associated with each client’s onboarding project

  • Participate in weekly management meetings to update other departments on the status of all onboarding projects


Desired Skills

  • 2+ years project management/coordinator experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Working knowledge of Jira, Google Sheets and Slack 

  • Familiarity with the Out-Of-Home Advertising Industry 

  • Experience with adoption of software solutions

  • Experience with data migration and management



The following annual salary range is commensurate with experience: $60,000 - 70,000
