Join our Talent Development team in helping onboard, train and grow our Vertafore Team! This is a fabulous opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented person who is interested in Human Resources and Organizational Development.
The Training Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are the coordination of the delivery of current training programs, including: learner schedules, logistics and room scheduling, vendor relations, materials, project management, and program evaluation
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Administers onboarding processes – ensuring all new employees receive proper paperwork, seating, gift, tour, and a warm welcome
• Partners with IT, HR Operations, Office Manager and Facilities to ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Manages logistics of corporate training programs including, but not limited to: scheduling of rooms, ensuring resources (training guides, technology, vendors, refreshments, etc.) are scheduled and available on time, training space maintenance (set-up, during, and following training programs)
• Assists with creation of user and facilitator guides, instructional videos, and other training content under the guidance of the Corporate Training Manager
• Assists with review and evaluation of training programs under the guidance of the Corporate Training Manager
• Works on projects as needed as a key member of the Talent Development team
• Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization

• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal
• Strong organization skills and experience managing multiple projects
• Strong computer skills – Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point required
• Desire to learn and grow in the Talent Development field
• Some graphic design experience preferred
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training & experience required
