About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, we are seeking an exceptional recruiter to grow and scale our Engineering team! You will be responsible for evolving our engineering recruiting strategy, including employment branding, talent channel development as well as candidate engagement.

Accelerate Your Career As You:

  • Drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to close.
  • Collaborate with business leaders in refining our candidate experience and other talent strategies.
  • Own the delivery of key metrics and insight reports to drive decisions and improve processes.
  • Lead projects to scale our hiring process. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an in-house recruiter for engineering teams, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical talent at all levels.
  • Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner.
  • Dedication to a diverse and inclusive workplace and are a passionate advocate for equality.
