The Talent and Culture Recruiter is responsible for the full life-cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, attracting, testing, selecting, and on-boarding qualified candidates to fill open job openings. The goal is to attract top talent from our candidates’ pool, gain competitive advantage, and fuel our company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently allocate and attract candidates by using various means in supporting the company's growth
- Work with hiring managers to develop and update job requirements and qualifications
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Manage third party recruiting firms and candidates in an applicant tracking system
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards and advertising vehicles
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Monitor and apply recruiting best practices
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Work with the rest of Talent and Culture to onboard new employees efficiently, helping the new team member become fully integrated
- Promote the company's reputation as a "best place to work"
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a recruiter in the technical or digital agency space
- BS/MS in Business Administration, Marketing, and/or Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, etc.)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.)
- Familiarity with databases, applicant tracking systems, and/or CMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision making skills
