automotiveMastermind puts dealers in the driver's seat with Market EyeQ. Market EyeQ is an automated sales and marketing platform that empowers dealers to close more deals by predicting future buyers and consistently marketing to them. Generate success in your loyalty, service, and conquest portfolios through a combination of turnkey predictive analytics, proactive marketing, and dedicated consultative services.
What we need help with
We've been experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for a world-class Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team to help build and scale our teams in the US and Canada. You will partner with hiring managers to fill your assigned positions within a determined timeframe. Part of your process will be ongoing sourcing and conducting outreach to qualified candidates. You will articulate Mastermind's unique value proposition and get candidates engaged and eager to learn more about us.
This role will be a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who is looking to leverage their candidate generation and business relationship-building skills in a highly evolving company.
Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities to implement best-in-class talent acquisition strategies
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on role requirements and interview cadence
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts by leveraging data to deliver key insights
  • Provide leadership with reports outlining current hiring activity and remain at the ready to answer real-time questions
  • Oversee the requisition approval process; work closely with finance, HR and hiring managers to ensure all positions are properly budgeted and approved
  • Remain apprised and of country- specific regulations, benefits, and policies and be able to articulate appropriately and accurately
  • Build robust talent pipelines that tap into targeted universities, companies, regions and technical communities
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure that diversity and inclusion are incorporated throughout the entire hiring process
  • Offer insight, best practices, and interview preparation to both candidates and hiring team
  • In conjunction with the HR team, be a trusted advisor to internal leaders focusing on organization design, compensation structure and responsibilities of each role
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback, interviewer preparation, and interview timeframe efficiency
  • Provide market insight to the business including competitive intelligence, compensation trends and other key talent factors evolving in the industry
  • Demonstrate an understanding of our business needs; remain engaged and interested in happenings within the business
  • Partner with the rest of the HR team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee status


Qualifications

  • 5 years minimum in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven success recruiting for high-growth global companies, ideally in the enterprise software industry, across functions (Engineering, Data, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, G&A, etc.)
  • Strong ability to work remotely with outstanding engagement and communication with teammates and hiring teams
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools, techniques and platforms
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be respectfully direct, assertive, and influential with the leadership team, colleagues and peers
  • Exceptional judgment and demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Aptitude to communicate clearly and effectively to upper management and all levels across departments
  • Working knowledge of HRIS, Microsoft Office and ATS's - Workday preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and project management and time management skills


Where you will be
This is a fully remote role and we are seeking candidates in the US and Canada. We have transitioned the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to a highly successful virtual model.
Expected hours of work
This is a full-time position. We work to a flexible schedule based on the company needs; generally, this is Monday through Friday.

  • For work locations in the state of Colorado, the anticipated minimum base salary for this role would be $75,440. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
