Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager

As Engrain’s Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager, you will evolve and maintain our talent acquisition, onboarding, and orientation processes. You will define what it means to hire and onboard talent at Engrain.

What you'll do..
- Manage the talent acquisition process from start to finish
- Optimize current and design new talent acquisition and onboarding procedures
- Keep track of talent acquisition metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Implement new sourcing methods
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Advise hiring managers and interview teams on interviewing techniques
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Develop a talent acquisition and onboarding process that aligns with Engrain’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners
- Oversee new hire onboarding process and orientation
What you offer us..
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in Human Resource Management strongly preferred
- 3-5 years proven experience in managing Human Resource related functions
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local HR requirements
- High degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, inter-dependent programs, and initiatives
- Ability to build and facilitate effective working relationships across all levels of an organization and customize individual style and communication skills to deliver results
- Outstanding learning agility and ability to operate in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to negotiate, motivate and resolve conflict
- Adept at solving problems and making decisions
- Ability to easily adjust to change
- Strong consultative and solution-oriented mindset
- High degree of comfort and demonstrated proficiency with technology
