About the team:
We develop efficient and effective business systems to support scalability, streamline processing, and enable strategic work for world class people operations. We’re seeking a Recruiting Systems Partner to join our growing team and focus on improving the efficiency of our recruiting function. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all recruiting system requests, ensure data integrity within our systems, and provide crucial systems support for our recruiters. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing outstanding customer service, accurate data and reporting, and has a superb attention to detail.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Lead the cross-functional HR Tech & Ops projects to drive programs and solutions that meet the needs of Robinhood as we grow and scale. Specific examples include: ATS replacement evaluation, owning system implementations, building system integrations, conducting smoke tests and running UAT.
- Act as the primary conduit for all Greenhouse/Talent acquisition system updates and configuration requests; owning tier 2+ ticket support
- Build and own Recruiting systems processes with an eye for optimization and automation
- Participate in working sessions with users to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
- Deliver outstanding support and service to Recruiting & HR teams
- Ensure consistent and accurate Recruiting data in Workday and Greenhouse; conducting regular data audits
- Develop and maintain system administration standards and documentation
About you:
- Proven Greenhouse experience: 5+ years of recruiting systems strategy / administration / post-production experience in a professional, fast-paced environment
- Experience working with JIRA Service Desk or equivalent service management tool
- Excellent customer service skills
- Incredibly organized, with superior attention to detail
- Tenacious, with strong determination and follow through
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
Bonus points:
- Familiarity with Workday
- Experience with any products across our Recruiting technology stack: GoodTime, LinkedIn, Textio, Tableau, CodeSignal, Karat, Gem, Starred
- Experience supporting Recruiting in a fast-growing company
- Project management experience
