Senior Recruiter
Description
Adswerve’s Senior Recruiter is responsible for overseeing our recruiting program, including both external talent acquisition and onboarding. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a strong knowledge of all corporate and specialized media and analytics functions in the company. They will possess a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedures and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Responsibilities
- Under minimal supervision, serve as the company's internal corporate full life cycle recruiter - post positions, screen applications, source passive candidates, conduct phone interviews, and facilitate the interview and offer process.
- Utilize good judgment to interview and determine candidate fit based on hard and soft skills.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to create recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain constant communication with hiring managers to provide proactive updates on hiring initiatives.
- Deliver consistent and timely results that delight hiring managers.
- Creatively search and source for candidates across multiple locations using job boards, internet searches, direct sourcing, networking, and other creative methods.
- Extend verbal and written contingent job offers and manage compensation negotiations directly with the CFO and VP of HR.
- Implement recruiting process improvements and partner with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Build relationships with relevant industry professional associations and university degree programs to help build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Manage internal referral program to include sending out internal opening announcements, serving as the point of contact for all internal employee referrals, tracking referrals and ensuring referral bonus payout with Payroll.
- Participate in development of HR department goals, objectives and system improvements.
- Responsible for maintaining company job descriptions and creating new job descriptions in conjunction with hiring managers.
- Coordinate with HRBPs on internal job promotions and lateral transfers.
- Assist HR team with the preparation of annual performance evaluations.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of new hire information feeding into human resource information system (HRIS) to ensure on-time payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
- Manage relationships with appropriate outside vendors and partners. Including: Linkedin, BuitlIn, Indeed, Goodhire, Ultipro recruiting, etc.
- Oversee careers@ email alias and also assist employees with recruiting-related inquiries via the HR@ email alias.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
- Develop and deliver company-wide interview training to ensure all hiring managers and interviewers are utilizing interview best practices and are in compliance with state & federal laws.
- Work with HR leaders to create diversity recruiting programs and track diversity recruiting metrics.
- Manage new hire onboarding process including new hire paperwork completion in UltiPro, first week agenda and training schedule, and conducting the HR new hire orientation.
- Exercise discretion to determine requisition priority in order to fill critical business operations positions in a timely manner.
- Oversee Email groups for the company including adding new hires to necessary email groups, updating group members due to internal transfer and terminations, and creation of new groups as necessary.
- Create and submit people-related content for Thales Times (new hire announcements, birthdays, work anniversaries, top 5 wiki pages)
- Manage employee-facing HR guides including Perks and Benefits guides
- Create and maintain HR Wiki pages
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field
- 7+ years of relevant recruiting and HR program management experience
- Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Demonstrated experience of driving consistent improvements in recruiting processes
- Experience with various applicant tracking systems (ATS), UltiPro Recruiting preferred
This position pays a base salary of $90,000 to $115,000 per year. The position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on individual and company performance. Wage differential is based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience.
