The Senior Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting owning multiple requisitions and partnering with hiring managers to attract and select key talent for our organization. This person should be a natural talent hunter exhibiting high energy and professionalism. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will excel at creating sourcing plans and managing a high volume of pipeline candidates. This person will work relentlessly to deliver a high value of service to the organization. Success is measured by number and quality of hires, cost per hire, and time to fill metrics.
Essential Functions:

Lead full-cycle recruitment process for all assigned open positions

Proactively source top talent in Denver metro area and other geographical areas

Schedule scoping sessions with the hiring manager to hit the ground running with a clearly defined search on the quest for the perfect candidate

Coordinate interviews with candidates and lead debriefs with the hiring teams

Deliver offers to the candidates and work with the HR onboarding team

Develop a recruitment strategy involving job fairs, college recruiting, and networking events

Report on recruitment metrics to showcase achieving department and company goals

Incorporate industry best practices to optimize and streamline recruiting

Required Education & Experience:

BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience

5-7 years of experience of full-cycle agency and corporate recruiting

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
-
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching
