During a typical day, you will...

  • Manage full life-cycle high volume sales recruitment and talent acquisition process including, but not limited to: active sourcing on social platforms, conducting phone screens, candidate assessments, interviews, coordinating the interview process with hiring managers, interview feedback sessions, facilitating offers and employment negotiations, while creating a positive candidate experience
  • Drive and further develop recruiting strategies that include, but are not limited to: short and long-term talent needs, an insightful understanding and analysis of the relevant labor market, innovative sourcing and recruiting tactics, and an array of recruiting channels that include referrals, conferences, college relationships, etc. to  build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job posting content that is thorough, compelling, and alluring to candidates and aligns with business strategy
  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with business leaders at all levels of the organization, hiring managers to fully understand business needs and objectives to develop candidate profiles that match overall requirements and success factors for short and long-term talent needs of the business
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates for assigned requisitions by providing timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal & external candidates 
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process of your candidates

You have…

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum two years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse preferred
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • A propensity to form strong working relationships with leadership, managers, colleagues, and candidates
  • Keen attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and prioritize
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
