Day to day responsibilities include handling all customer payments, process customer reconcilements, customer inquiries, daily operations support, and aids in transaction processing. The person in this position will provide the best customer service to all product users.

What You Will Do
- Develop and coach users how to properly use payment processing software
- Answer questions and train users on all Procare’s brands
- Lead the customer through the payment processing steps and confirm their comfort level completing it themselves
- Expertise in payment processing methods including ACH, check, credit card, and international payments
- Experience with implementing new payment services and ongoing operational innovation to enhance
- Provide technical guidance in planning and executing assigned projects
- Develop new systems and maintain/modify existing systems when required
- Initiate the daily files for processing
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Work interdepartmentally to facilitate customer needs and requests
Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and relevant experience, and 3+ years professional "relevant" experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or in sales.
- Knowledge of Payment Sales Operations, products, and services
- Ability to perform various clerical tasks associated with Payment Operations
- Process/reconcile transactions related to product or functional area
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams
- Relevant certifications a plus
Physical Requirements
- This position works most of the time in a fixed office location and may involve sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods.
- Frequently required to communicate verbally and in writing (mostly email) with customers, prospects, and other employees.
- Use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment for the greater part of the workday.

Salary
$ 55,000 - 65,000 DOE
Location
This position is based in our downtown Denver office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs. While we are mainly working remotely now, this will eventually be an in-office position and candidates must be willing and able to (eventually) work from our downtown Denver office.
