JumpCloud is seeking a Learning Partner to join our Learning & Development team. Our team supports the company by providing learning interventions that enable their growth and development. In this role, you will move fast, have large impact and great visibility. We will also grow you in the process and you’ll be offered new ways to develop yourself and your career.
The L&D team supports the goal of 100% of leaders being effective through training and systems, 1:1 coaching, and data.
Additionally, the L&D team serves our individual contributor roles by offering relevant learning offerings that equip them to do their jobs better.
About You:
You love working in the learning space, because you get to use your variety of unique talents in different ways every day. You have a keen understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design, and stay up-to-date on the latest and greatest trends in your field. You love building content that motivates learners and promotes retention, and you can use a variety of tools and technologies to accomplish that. You perform great needs analysis with your internal customer and work exceedingly well with subject matter experts to gather information and translate that into digestible, powerful learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
Design course content that fulfills the needs of JumpCloud learners.
Develop and maintain digital learning content such as asynchronous courses, videos, graphics, simulations, and assessments.
Collaborate with the Director of Learning to update existing content for new hire education, soft skill/intangible topics, and to create new content for program needs.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in instructional design
Portfolio showcasing examples of engaging learning experiences, self-paced learning opportunities, writing samples, and impacts to the overall objective(s)Previous experience designing or facilitating soft skill and leadership topics
Proven ability to build and maintain education curriculum for SaaS
Proficiency with tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe, and Learning Management Systems
Excellent verbal, written, and grammatical skills
Experience in graphic design, screencasting, and/or audio recording a plus

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role is $75,000-$90,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions. JumpCloud provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, short and long term disability, life insurance and a 401k savings plan. We have an unlimited vacation policy.
Where you’ll be working
All our roles are remote in the U.S. unless otherwise specified. Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area. Once we reopen our offices you will have the opportunity to remain fully remote (in the U.S.), work from one of our office locations (CO only currently) or flex your time.
