Head of People
We are looking for a skilled Head of People (title commensurate with experience) to set and execute a strategic vision for our people and help our organization and culture evolve. This is a full time position.
What you will be doing
The accountabilities of the Head of People include recruiting, HR, employee experience, growth, and support of our people, culture advocacy, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging), and more. We expect that roughly 50% of the time will be working on talent/people strategy and execution, and 50% on sourcing and recruiting for Stream as we grow. The HoP will join our management team and will partner with our C-Suite on vision.
We’re looking for a multidisciplinary professional who is able to evolve the experience for our employees, our culture, and our hiring. The HoP is a strategic leader who delivers transparent programs as an advocate for our culture and our people.

As the Head of People at Stream, we would want you to:
Strategy and Vision
- Set the strategic vision for Talent/People by managing the strategy and processes related to building and retaining an exceptional team of professionals
- Contribute to the overall vision for the company, including advising on company goals, business plan, priorities, and strategic outcomes
- Make complex decisions, influence effectively and authentically, communicate with excellence and empathy
- Evaluate and select the ideal processes, practices, and tools to facilitate our Talent/People/Culture work (for managing feedback and reviews, measuring engagement, applicant tracking for recruiting, etc)
