We are seeking a senior leader that has depth and expertise in managing large cross functional company wide initiatives that cross systems, processes and data. This will require deep business operations acumen to understand and articulate impact (both positive and negative), with ability to manage decisions that will have impact to business and revenue. This role is highly strategic and it will be critical that this leader owns partnering closely with the office of the CIO, Sales, Engineering & Finance functions to drive end to end operational improvements.
Key areas of responsibility for this leadership role:
This includes representing sales in cross company initiatives to implement new technologies and tools to modify, improve, or introduce new business processes and experiences. (ex. CPQ, Business systems, sales tools, implementing new business models)
Responsible for initiatives are often implemented to keep up with changing market demands, improve team productivity, or offer better customer experiences
Increase velocity of product launches and acquisition integration - manage go-to-market readiness workstream
Responsible for proactively identifying and planning with cross functional leaders to define our go to market business plans and identifying cross functional interdependencies to deliver strategic big bet initiatives.
Responsible for managing a team of managers and report directly to the Head of Revenue Operations and Enablement
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Require a thorough understanding of business processes and outcomes, as well as the ability to identify potential areas for improvement within an organization
  • 15+ years of proven leadership experience in sales strategy and sales operations
  • SaaS and Technology experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Self motivated individual with the ability to work in a changing environment
  • Consultative skills with strong business acumen
  • Excellent communicator
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Change management experience
  • Ability and aptitude to work within various medium to coach & develop teams and individuals
  • Ability to evaluate complex processes and apply critical-thinking skills & develop new systems to improve workflow
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google products
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment
  • Willing to travel both domestically and abroad
  • Have a demonstrated, proven track record of driving for results


Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$195,600.00
Maximum:
$342,300.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
