Responsibilities:

  • Develop qualified business leads and achieve monthly KPI quotas
  • Understand our ICP and proficiently deliver value propositions.
  • Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and execute qualification meetings with target prospects.
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve overall sales development process
  • Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
  • Align with sales team to seamlessly move key prospects through the sales funnel

Experience/Skills:

  • BS/BA preferred
  • Track record of high achievement
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Naturally curious and passionate
  • A “one-speed” energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation to succeed
  • Owns individual work output and makes contributions to achievement of team results in a well-defined area of limited scope
  • Identifies issues preventing an assigned task from being accomplished. Thinks through problems and enlists support to solve
  • The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis
  • Prior start-up sales experience a huge plus
