What you will do
As our Candidate Success Associate, you will report to our Candidate Success Manager and be responsible for sourcing and screening all candidates as they create initial profiles on our Vangst GIGs platform, approving qualified candidates, and walking them through the remaining steps for profile completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Actively recruit GIGs candidates to build a healthy pipeline of candidates.
Monitor candidate matches on the platform and assist when needed to ensure all GIGS are filled with approved candidates.
Screen all candidates who create an initial profile on GIGs via phone.
Approve candidates and walk them through the remaining steps for profile completion.
Ensure approved candidates complete all paperwork and orientation online.
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing relocation.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, and job sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Work with CS, Marketing, and Tech team to creatively source new GIGS candidates via in-person activations (career fairs, pop-ups, etc).

1-2 years high-volume, outbound calling experience
Comfortable with technology
Flexible with travel
Personable, action-oriented, and hard-working
Additional Details
Weekend availability is a must.
This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), and 401k.
