We are searching for a candidate that loves documentation, organization and content creation. This role will allow us to achieve successful hyper growth, while ensuring friction reduction in our processes, products, and services by having clear sources of information that are up to date, accessible, and easy to understand for all employees in the Customer Care & Operations Organization.

What You'll Do: 

  • Execute and maintain an overall documentation strategy for the Customer Care & Operations Org.
  • Create and gain adoption of templates for use in Program Management, Project Management, Process Creation, Storyboarding, system and communication mapping, etc.
  • Manage all documentation for the Continuous Improvement Team including updating, storing, and archiving.
  • Create and maintain documentation in Confluence and WorkRamp for accessibility throughout the organization
  • Create content as necessary to supplement overall documentation and engage reviewers
  • Work with leadership within Customer Care and Operations Org to ensure documentation for their teams are up to date, maintained, and are organized.
  • Ensure meeting notes are captured, saved, and accessible for all meetings hosted or attended by the Continuous Improvement Team.
  • Manage internal AI tools by performing updates and adding resources as necessary
  • Assist in the design and assignment of weekly internal communications including the monitoring of content driven channels and collaborating with teams across the company.

What You Have

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in document management and/or content creation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Google Suite, Mural/Figma, and WorkRamp
  • Ability to learn and master new technologies quickly
  • Knowledge and proven history of using project management principles
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills used to gain alignment on our documentation/content strategy
  • Ability to lead documentation knowledge sessions with different levels of the Customer Care and Ops Org and create buy in
  • Experience in working to create templates, easy to follow guides, and other supplemental documentation to guide others through their documentation journey
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self starter with the ability to work independently

The national cash compensation range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000.*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
