The Role:

As a Business Development Manager/Account Executive, you'll be part of a collaborative high performing team, working to hunt and grow networks with asset managers and large employers across the United States, for a rapid growth SaaS company headquartered in New Zealand with teams who are growing globally. You'll be working in a fast-paced and exciting environment, selling our innovative solutions that delight our clients, earn them revenue, improve employee experience and outperform others in the market.

About you:

We're wanting to hear from ambitious, experienced sales professionals that are passionate about building and then nurturing relationships - both in person and digitally. You’ll be excited by building brand awareness, reaching new markets, identifying prospects and winning business.

What success in this role looks like:

  • You have a clear understanding of our strategic priorities and use this to target and prioritise industries and specific prospects.
  • You form great relationships with customers and partners and seek out and explore mutual opportunities.
  • You are a key person of influence with strategic partners across the commercial property market and with large employers who provide parking solutions for their employees.
  • You are resilient and have a can do attitude, focused on market penetration and identifying ways to reach key stakeholders.
  • You build a strong presence and community on LinkedIn and advocate the Parkable vision and product.
  • Working closely with clients, the business and the development team you ensure client expectations are well documented and understood, to enable effective delivery post contract.
  • Serve as the voice of the client, to ensure that decision and designs are always customer centric.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working in PropTech or Commercial Real Estate
  • Proven experience hunting and converting leads, including identification, cold calling, reaching and out connecting
  • Proven experience with distance selling, ideally across geographies and in particular across the United States
  • Proven experience building your online profile and brand, establishing a significant network of contacts
  • Proven experience selling SaaS or digital products
  • Proven experience using a CRM to manage and track your workload
  • Relationships in the commercial property or large employer sector would be an advantage
