As an Account Manager at AnyCreek, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with our valued clients, the best outdoor guides in the world. Your focus will be on understanding their unique needs, aligning our solutions, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You'll be part of a collaborative and driven team, working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where innovation and adaptability are key.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for guides, outfitters, and flu shops, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.
    • Understand guides' business objectives and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience and drive mutual growth.
    • Ensure a smooth and efficient client onboarding experience to the AnyCreek platform.
  2. Onboarding & Strategic Account Planning:
    • Effectively support the sales team in onboarding guides and outfitters onto the AnyCreek platform
    • Collaborate with guides and outfitters to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with their goals and leverage AnyCreek's products and services.
    • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand the scope of engagement and increase revenue streams.
  3. Solution Alignment:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and engineering departments, to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements and to tailor solutions accordingly.
    • Provide guides and outfitters with insights and recommendations on how our offerings can solve their business challenges effectively.
  4. Project Management:
    • Lead the successful execution of projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of solutions and address any issues that may arise.
  5. Customer Advocacy:
    • Champion the voice of the customer within AnyCreek, advocating for their needs, feedback, and concerns.
    • Act as a problem solver, escalating and resolving issues promptly to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
  6. Market and Industry Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position AnyCreek's offerings in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management, preferably in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of technology products and services, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workplace, Notion, and Slack.
