Leads European defense business development for FMS and DCS opportunities involving precision weapons, counter-UAS interceptors, and unmanned systems. Builds relationships with U.S. government agencies, NATO, European ministries of defense, and procurement organizations; manages regional pipeline, country engagement plans, market intelligence, and partner strategies. Guides opportunities through FMS and DCS milestones, coordinates internal capture and compliance teams, and ensures adherence to export-control, security cooperation, and anti-corruption requirements.

Leads reliability and maintainability activities across unmanned aircraft product lifecycles. Develops R&M architectures, reliability predictions, FMEA/FMECA, fault trees, reliability block diagrams, FRACAS processes, test plans, and reliability growth programs. Conducts failure investigations, corrective actions, maintenance analyses, and R&M risk mitigation. Presents analyses and compliance status to customers during milestone and design reviews, while ensuring adherence to defense reliability standards.

Develops persuasive proposals for aerospace and defense programs by analyzing solicitations, translating technical information, aligning content with evaluation criteria, and ensuring compliance with proposal requirements. Collaborates with technical, business development, engineering, contracts, finance, manufacturing, and executive teams. Leads proposal sections, reviews, revisions, content libraries, visual aids, and process improvements under tight deadlines while safeguarding proprietary and controlled information.

Build full-vehicle finite element models, guide ground and flight-test correlation, conduct trade studies, support design decisions, document results, present to customers, and mentor engineers. Requires collaboration across structures, aerodynamics, propulsion, GNC, and systems engineering.

Leads multidisciplinary design, analysis, and optimization for unmanned aircraft, missiles, interceptors, and munitions. Integrates aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, GNC, CAD, CFD, FEA, and trajectory models into automated optimization workflows. Owns MDAO tool architecture, validation, documentation, and development pipelines; conducts trade studies, correlates models with test data, supports proposals, presents design reviews, and mentors engineers. Requires experience taking MDAO from conceptual sizing through flight testing and fielded hardware.

Leads high-fidelity CFD analysis for missiles, interceptors, munitions, and other high-speed vehicles. Establishes CFD standards, develops meshes and automated HPC workflows, validates simulations against wind tunnel and flight-test data, and integrates aerodynamic databases into vehicle design, GNC, trajectory, and mission models. Mentors engineers, presents findings at design reviews, supports resource planning, and provides technical leadership across complete vehicle programs.

The DevOps Engineer III enhances software infrastructure for unmanned aircraft systems, focusing on backend integrations, frontend development, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring, collaborating with engineering teams.
