Prepare detailed electrical and I&C 3D models and AutoCAD drawing packages, perform electrical and lighting calculations, create schematics, cable tray and panel layouts, BOMs, and construction drawings, and coordinate with engineers and disciplines to deliver accurate project deliverables.

Lead electrical design for industrial projects including load lists, one-lines, equipment sizing, lighting, grounding, cable routing, and 3D model review. Produce specifications, datasheets, calculations, QA/QC deliverables, respond to field construction questions, assist procurement review, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure constructability and code compliance.

Develop and review Instrumentation & Controls deliverables for industrial projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, perform QA/QC, produce controls narratives and cause-and-effect matrices, support commissioning/startup, and mentor junior staff while ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and standards.

Hands-on Instrumentation & Controls engineer supporting project deliverables under supervision. Produces I&C engineering outputs, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, participates in QA/QC, attends meetings, and assists with design tasks. Works to project schedules and budgets, with occasional site visits and up to 20% travel.

Create electrical, instrumentation, and controls 3D models and construction drawings in AutoCAD. Supports project managers by tracking schedule, cost, and earned value; creates and updates schedules; manages document control, QA/QC, transmittals, RFIs and submittals; maintains drawing lists and sharing sites; coordinates meetings and communications between field, office, clients, and project teams.

Perform mechanical engineering tasks for cement, mineral, and heavy industrial projects: equipment sizing, specifications, PFD/P&ID and 3D model reviews, vendor evaluations, BOMs, contractor bid packages, site visits, construction support, cost estimates, and QA/QC collaboration within project teams.

Manage engineering and construction project execution including proposal scoping, client and vendor communication, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, resource coordination, accounting/reporting, QA of deliverables, and escalation to leadership. Oversee internal teams and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Lead full EPC project delivery ($30M-$250M): own client relationship, budget, procurement, contracts, schedule, risk, and direct reports (Engineering and Construction PMs). Drive EVM reporting, subcontract negotiation/administration, procurement strategy, and multi-stakeholder coordination with on-site presence.

Lead and coordinate engineering and construction project execution including proposals, client and vendor communication, internal resource planning, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, procurement, quality assurance, and change management for complex EPC projects.

Perform mechanical design and equipment sizing for heavy industrial and oil & gas projects. Produce datasheets, specifications, BOMs, hydraulic and pump calculations, 3D modeling support, construction drawing reviews, site walk-downs, and CAESAR II stress analyses. Act as Engineer-of-Record, produce cost estimates, and mentor junior engineers.

Senior mechanical engineer responsible for equipment and piping design, pump/hydraulic sizing, datasheets/specifications, BOMs, 3D modeling and isometric reviews, construction drawing reviews, site walk-downs, RFIs and contractor support, and stress analysis using CAESAR II. Works on heavy industrial and oil & gas projects and coordinates with multi-discipline teams.

Create and maintain Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), review engineering drawings for standards compliance, coordinate across disciplines to build accurate 3D models, and assist with related drafting and design tasks. Position requires use of AutoDesk products and 3D modeling tools and involves occasional site travel.

Create and review 3D piping, chute, and duct models from P&ID and vendor drawings; produce construction drawings, piping isometrics, plans, bills of materials, and detailed fabrication drawings; coordinate with disciplines and assist on project tasks. Role is hands-on, monitored by a supervisor, and may require occasional overtime and site visits.
