Designs, builds, secures, and governs RESTful and GraphQL APIs supporting member, chapter, and agentic AI ecosystems. Owns API lifecycle management, semantic data models, versioning, testing, documentation, observability, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code. Implements serverless, event-driven AWS architectures with strong IAM, privacy, consent, and explainability controls. Collaborates across Product, Data Architecture, IT, Security, and ML teams to deliver reliable, scalable, secure, and governed APIs.

Manages YPO’s enterprise risk management program, including the risk register, KRI framework, dashboards, control library, governance, policy advisory, and risk communications. Evaluates control design, advises leaders on remediation, coordinates with Internal Audit, reviews vendor insurance requirements, and supports compliance across global functions. The role requires independent execution, stakeholder influence, strong analytical judgment, and approximately 5% domestic and international travel.

Administer, configure, secure, and optimize the HRIS platform while maintaining data integrity and supporting HR processes. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics; manage releases, testing, enhancements, documentation, vendors, and end-user support. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition to translate business needs into system solutions. Lead HRIS projects, improve processes, and support compliance across a global workforce.
