As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will manage the full pre-sales lifecycle with strategic accounting firms, driving growth through executive-level relationships and complex sales cycles.

Lead global sales operations transformation by embedding AI-enabled reporting and CRM improvements, building analytics infrastructure, streamlining data flows, designing operating rhythms and governance, and delivering scalable, process-driven commercial insights to senior leaders to boost go-to-market performance.

Drive growth of Xero's partner ecosystem by managing a sales territory, recruiting and enabling accounting partners, executing quarterly pipelines, using Salesforce to track activity, and running partner events and trainings to increase cloud adoption and subscription revenue.

Lead and mentor a Customer Success team to drive customer retention, product utilisation, and revenue. Oversee daily outputs, coach for capability uplift, deliver strategic onboarding and sales campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional GTM teams, and embed customer success best practices to improve satisfaction and long-term advocacy.

Provide generalist HR advice across employee relations, onboarding, performance management, global mobility, and cyclical HR processes. Partner with HR Business Partners on salary review, talent mapping, calibration, and engagement analysis. Identify automation and self-service opportunities, support flexible work requests, and contribute to continuous improvement within a distributed, Pacific Time Zone-based team.
