Lead development of React Native mobile applications for wildland fire operations, including offline mapping, geospatial data, local storage, synchronization, and low-connectivity workflows. Integrate ArcGIS technologies with APIs and existing platforms, support Android and iOS testing, troubleshoot performance and build issues, and guide mobile CI/CD teams on configuration, signing, provisioning, and store releases. Collaborate with GIS, UX, backend, web, product, and fire operations stakeholders.

Develop and maintain metadata systems and related applications. Responsibilities include writing and reviewing Python and Flask code, security assessment and remediation, bug triage and fixes, UI and unit testing, CI/CD deployments, infrastructure and uptime management, network support, and responding to user requests. The role supports data management, information discovery, reporting, analysis, and metadata workflows while collaborating with a development team.

Provide mid-to-senior GIS and geospatial support including data management, QA/QC, enterprise geodatabases, cartography, web GIS, field data workflows, scripting/automation (Python/ArcPy/FME), technical documentation, stakeholder support, and occasional travel for federal natural-resource programs.

Provide GIS development, DevOps, and application support for enterprise geospatial platforms: build and maintain web GIS tools, scripts, APIs, ETL/data migrations, services, testing, documentation, and user support for federal programs.
