The role requires hands-on datacenter work, on-call availability, and occasional travel.

Develops and executes integrated acquisition, nurture, retention, upsell, and lifecycle marketing campaigns. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, agencies, and vendors to deliver targeted communications, customer journeys, demand generation, and sales enablement. Analyzes campaign and customer data, reports performance, manages KPIs, and optimizes programs to improve conversion, engagement, revenue, retention, product adoption, and customer lifetime value.

Lead the design, deployment, management, and optimization of enterprise Linux, virtualization, compute, storage, and datacenter infrastructure. Responsibilities include capacity planning, high availability, disaster recovery, fault analysis, system integration, backup compliance, technical escalation support, documentation, emerging technology evaluation, and mentoring engineers. The role collaborates with networking and security teams and participates in on-call support.
