Provides direct ABA therapy, including skill acquisition, behavior reduction, data collection, documentation, and family communication. Mentors RBTs and BTs, supports clinic operations, maintains treatment integrity, assists with administrative tasks, and escalates clinical matters to BCBAs. The role requires active RBT certification, strong clinical judgment, organization, and the ability to work directly with children in a physically active clinic environment.

Provides pediatric occupational therapy coverage across multiple clinics, including treatment sessions, individualized recommendations, documentation, billing, and occasional telehealth. The role supports clinician absences, monitors staffing needs, improves coverage systems, collaborates with clinic and clinical leadership, and promotes consistent patient care and home carryover. Regular travel among Colorado clinics is required, along with physical activities such as kneeling, squatting, lifting up to 50 pounds, and running short distances.
