Supports aerial operations involving lidar and aerial imagery data downloading, processing, QA/QC, sensor calibration, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, mission planning, and reporting. Architects, documents, and improves enterprise business processes spanning lead generation, business development, project delivery, billing, revenue recognition, and cash application. Partners with business, finance, operations, technology, and executive stakeholders to create process maps, governance standards, transformation roadmaps, and future-state designs. Facilitates workshops, identifies risks and control gaps, supports ERP modernization, evaluates workflow improvements, and develops executive-ready recommendations and documentation. Manages international aerial bathymetry survey projects from planning through delivery, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, sensor selection, flight plans, field operations, subcontractors, QA/QC, data processing, client communications, invoicing, and forecasting. Develops survey specifications, work plans, estimates, and proposals while coordinating technical teams and regulatory stakeholders. Supports business development through client relationship building, conferences, and opportunity identification. Requires substantial geospatial and aerial bathymetry experience, international travel, and security clearance eligibility.

Lead Woolpert's partner marketing for the Google relationship: develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, run integrated campaigns, enable sales, create partner collateral, measure KPIs, and coach one specialist to drive co-selling and pipeline growth for Digital Innovations.

Lead the General Ledger Accounting team and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. Ensure US GAAP compliance, support financial and government audits (DCAA/DCMA), strengthen controls, standardize processes, maintain accounting policies, and drive continuous improvement across accounting operations.
