Transform and cleanse data, evolve scripts and notebooks, manage relational databases, support data quality, document technical processes, and collaborate with engineers, geospatial experts, scientists, and government clients. The role also involves project coordination, status reporting, client travel, and compliance with government background and security requirements.

Manages proposal development for geospatial services, including solicitation analysis, pursuit scheduling, content coordination, reviews, compliance, quality assurance, win strategy, interview preparation, ERP research, and process improvement. Collaborates with technical experts, project leaders, marketers, and creative teams while mentoring proposal coordinators and interns.

Supports Woolpert’s strategic Google partnership by coordinating joint go-to-market initiatives, integrated campaigns, events, webinars, customer stories, and digital programs. Develops partner sales enablement materials and messaging for complex digital capabilities, builds relationships across Google and internal teams, supports co-selling opportunities, and tracks campaign performance, pipeline influence, engagement, and marketing ROI. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, technical, and executive stakeholders, with travel up to 25%.

Leads procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, category management, supplier performance, contract management, spend analytics, risk mitigation, and procurement technology initiatives. Manages procurement leaders, budgets, KPIs, savings pipelines, supplier relationships, and operating model development across business units. Partners with Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, and analytics teams to improve procurement governance, reporting, compliance, and value creation.

Architects, documents, and improves enterprise business processes spanning lead generation, business development, project delivery, billing, revenue recognition, and cash application. Partners with business, finance, operations, technology, and executive stakeholders to create process maps, governance standards, transformation roadmaps, and future-state designs. Facilitates workshops, identifies risks and control gaps, supports ERP modernization, evaluates workflow improvements, and develops executive-ready recommendations and documentation. Travel up to 10% is required.
