Leads Western Landowners Alliance’s portfolio of emerging strategic initiatives from concept development through testing, implementation, evaluation, and institutionalization. Develops strategies, budgets, partnerships, funding proposals, and performance measures; evaluates whether initiatives should scale, transition, continue, or conclude. Supervises staff and collaborates with landowners, agencies, conservation organizations, universities, Tribal governments, funders, and other stakeholders. Contributes to organization-wide strategy, planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
