Sell vehicles and support dealership sales activities. Engage customers, manage leads, use computer systems, follow training, meet performance incentives, and collaborate with the team. Must pass background and drug screen, hold a valid driver’s license, be authorized to work in the U.S., and maintain a professional appearance.

Oversee dealership sales operations, coach and train sales teams, manage showroom and internet sales, maintain high customer satisfaction, hire and mentor staff, implement CRM follow-up, oversee deliveries and service introductions, and meet monthly and annual sales and profit targets.

Manage dealership finance and insurance processes: arrange customer financing, desk and submit deals to lenders, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, audit post-sale deals, and expedite contract funding while presenting F&I products to maximize profitability.

Perform digital inspections and monitor/maintain battery charge levels for dealer inventory. Move and organize vehicles on the lot and overflow storage, manage assigned tasks, and coordinate with sales and service staff. Work outdoors in all weather and maintain a clean, presentable appearance and professional attitude.

Lead new and used vehicle sales operations, coach sales leaders and consultants, manage inventory and pricing, ensure manufacturer compliance, drive sales and profitability, maintain CSI, oversee CRM and DMS usage, recruit and train staff, review deals for accuracy, and analyze reports to identify growth opportunities.
