Coordinates conferences from planning through follow-up, including logistics, shipping, inventory, promotional materials, social media support, and performance tracking. Supports corporate creative initiatives through document formatting, marketing platform maintenance, photography, video, website updates, content organization, and company-wide programs. Requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and occasional physical handling of materials and conference travel.

Provide administrative support to the West Region offices including document editing/formatting (Word, Excel, Bluebeam), proofreading, accounts receivable and compliance tracking, supply management, phone coverage, travel arrangements, mail/FedEx processing, desk setups, scanning/filing, preparing reports, and assisting with events and RFP searches to keep offices running smoothly.

Manage multiple engineering projects by determining client requirements, leading a team, and overseeing project development from start to finish.
