Lead design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native healthcare systems and real-time data pipelines. Architect event-driven, batch/stream hybrid solutions, integrate clinical data standards, optimize performance and costs, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and stakeholders to deploy resilient, compliant services.

Coordinates recruiting and People Operations activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, job postings, reference and background checks, onboarding, leave administration, HRIS and platform updates, inbox management, and responses to payroll, tax, unemployment, and agency requests. Maintains accurate confidential records, supports compliance processes, and assists with ad hoc HR projects.
