Own the employee experience and HR operations: BambooHR administration, onboarding/offboarding, stay interviews, engagement programming, benefits coordination, leave administration, recruiting/onboarding logistics, performance cycle support, culture and event execution, compliance documentation, and payroll inputs. Partner with Vida HR for legal/compliance, complex employee relations, and manager coaching.

Lead and develop a team of planners and optimization specialists to create, implement, monitor, and optimize integrated media campaigns. Provide strategic counsel, client presentations, measurement plans with analytics, and martech/CDP recommendations. Coordinate cross-departmental processes, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality plan delivery and reporting for assigned accounts.

Lead creative development from concept through execution, collaborating with copywriters, producers, designers and directors to build cross-channel campaigns. Produce high-quality design work, use AI tools in the creative process, leverage social platforms, present ideas persuasively, incorporate feedback, and maintain agency values.
