Leads post-go-live application management and support for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. Oversees AMS teams, Level 2 and 3 support, SLAs, ITIL processes, solution design, quarterly updates, client escalations, resource allocation, governance, documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates functional and technical consultants, translates business requirements, manages stakeholder relationships, and ensures system stability across Oracle ERP modules.

Configure and troubleshoot Okta-based ICAM integrations for legacy and NIPRNet applications. Implement SSO, MFA, identity federation, and API integrations using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC. Collaborate with application owners to resolve authentication and synchronization issues, automate identity configuration deployments through CI/CD pipelines, and ensure applications meet phishing-resistant authentication and Zero Trust access requirements.

Performs hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ engineering, including IGA workflow configuration, automated provisioning, access certifications, SoD policies, lifecycle rules, connectors, and entitlement synchronization. Supports application onboarding, UAT, defect resolution, DevSecOps pipelines, and Zero Trust compliance for a federal customer. Collaborates with application owners, security teams, and implementation stakeholders to transition legacy workloads into a unified access management framework.

Leads enterprise ICAM migrations into Zero Trust architecture, integrating legacy and modern applications with Okta and SailPoint. Designs automated onboarding pipelines, migration playbooks, deployment workflows, testing, rollback plans, and governance controls. Coordinates engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and client teams while managing risks, compliance, least privilege, continuous authentication, delivery metrics, and service availability. Advises leadership on migration strategy and enterprise adoption.
