Own end-to-end procurement for a global fintech kiosk network: develop cost-saving strategies, source and negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts and purchase orders, oversee procurement IT systems, perform risk assessments, control budgets, and report supplier performance and spend to management.

Provide high-trust, strategic support to the CEO of a fast-growing remote digital marketing agency. Manage calendar and inbox, capture and convert open loops into actionable plans, build systems and trackers, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, lead projects end-to-end, prepare briefs and recommendations, and protect the CEO's focus while proactively driving follow-ups and outcomes.

Lead global SaaS and cloud workplace operations, managing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, IAM (SSO, Entra, MFA), Zero Trust enforcement, automation (Power Automate, Zapier, PowerShell, Python), onboarding/offboarding, security/compliance collaboration, and mentoring IT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient cloud environments.
