Manage multiple nationwide electronic security system installation projects for the United States Marshals Service. Responsibilities include overseeing resources, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, scope, quality, inventory, contractual compliance, safety, invoices, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting. The role requires extensive travel to customer sites and expertise in access control, CCTV, video management, intrusion detection, intercoms, construction coordination, IT systems, and client management.

Manage USACE recurring maintenance and minor repair task orders: plan, schedule, monitor budgets, oversee service orders and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality compliance, coordinate stakeholders, perform site audits, mentor staff, and support contract administration and billing throughout project lifecycle.

Oversee DoD/USACE fuel systems RMMR operations: plan and schedule maintenance and repairs, develop scopes and cost estimates, supervise and train crews, ensure code/compliance (UFC/API/UFGS), maintain safety and quality, produce reports and documentation, and coordinate with USACE, subcontractors, and project managers.

Lead and implement quality control for maintenance and repair of DoD fuel facilities. Develop QC plans, conduct inspections and testing, document non-conformances, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with USACE standards and regulations. Provide oversight, training, and reporting to stakeholders.

Lead development and management of the Safety Management System for recurring maintenance and minor repair of DoD fuel facilities. Ensure compliance with OSHA and USACE EM 385-1-1, conduct audits, AHAs, incident investigations, deliver training, implement corrective actions, emergency response planning, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.

Manage and oversee DoD fuel systems maintenance under USACE RMMR contracts: plan and schedule work, supervise crews and subcontractors, ensure code and safety compliance (UFC, API, UFGS), develop scopes and cost estimates, prepare reports and documentation, procure materials, train personnel, and maintain quality control and safety on-site.
