Lead Utility Global’s ceramic technology function, managing engineers and scientists developing ceramic materials, coatings, and processes for high-temperature reactor components. Set technical priorities and roadmaps, guide experimentation, improve performance and manufacturability, and transition bench-scale work to pilot and production environments. Oversee characterization, troubleshooting, process qualification, technology transfer, manufacturing readiness, and cross-functional partnerships. Communicate strategy and technical recommendations to executives and stakeholders while building team capabilities and maintaining safety and quality standards.
