Coordinates daily office operations, vendors, supplies, invoices, building access, equipment logistics, onboarding and offboarding. Serves as the internal liaison to the managed service provider, tracking technology requests, projects, renewals, equipment, cybersecurity updates, and follow-up actions without performing technical administration. Supports staff, leadership, Finance, HR, and technology stakeholders through organized communication, documentation, scheduling, and administrative tracking.

Supports nonprofit fundraising and development operations, including gift processing, Salesforce donor database administration, stewardship communications, fundraising campaigns, donor research, event logistics, ambassador engagement, board meeting preparation, and Foundation administration. The role also assists with digital content, donor storytelling, scheduling, travel, inventory, shipping, and on-site event execution. It requires on-site work in Colorado Springs, occasional travel, and weekend or evening work during peak events.
