Provides administrative and office-management support to medical directors and site leadership across healthcare locations. Coordinates calendars, meetings, agendas, minutes, expenses, clinician onboarding, orientations, system usage, hospital communications, and recognition programs. Serves as a liaison among physicians, hospital personnel, corporate teams, patients, and regional leadership while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and timely execution with limited supervision.

Lead new-logo business development for SMART by identifying, prospecting, and closing healthcare staffing clients. Build relationships with hospitals and clinics, generate leads via outreach and events, negotiate service agreements, maintain CRM pipeline, meet sales targets, and transition new accounts to Account Managers while monitoring market trends and specialty expansion opportunities.

Develop and maintain complex clinician schedules across multiple hospital locations. Coordinate with clinicians, medical leaders, credentialing teams, and schedulers to ensure complete staffing, continuity of care, shift equity, and budget compliance. Analyze staffing data, resolve scheduling conflicts, fill open shifts, coordinate locum resources, apply scheduling policies, communicate changes, and support payroll integration through scheduling software. The role is remote and may include on-call responsibilities.
