The Systems Engineering Manager leads the In-Space Propulsion team, ensuring technical success and product delivery, while managing team dynamics and program development.

The Staff Design Engineer leads the design and analysis of solid rocket motors, focusing on innovative solutions, high-rate production, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires expertise in additive manufacturing and aerospace engineering.

Design, build, and operate high-pressure and cryogenic fluid and mechanical test systems for rocket engine testing. Generate P&IDs, CAD models, work instructions, and system documentation. Perform fluid flow, piping flexibility, and structural (FEA) analyses; source components; manage projects; support test operations and data evaluation; and participate in design reviews.

Assemble, maintain, and operate liquid rocket engine test stands and support equipment. Fabricate and modify fluid systems and tooling, run hotfire test campaigns, perform system checks, troubleshoot issues, document results, and follow strict safety protocols.

The Propulsion Engineer II design spacecraft propulsion systems, perform modifications, derive requirements, and support testing and integration of components, overseeing projects from concept to production.

The VP of Engineering will lead a team of engineers in the design and production of aerospace propulsion systems, balancing technical execution and strategic direction to ensure mission success.

Support manufacturing of solid rocket motors through mechanical design and improvement, project management, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Own instrumentation/DAQ, run static-fire campaigns, perform hazard and risk assessments, obtain permits, and provide hands-on troubleshooting and cross-functional test leadership at remote test sites.

Lead build-out and maintenance of test stands, GSE, and facility utilities; fabricate and repair mechanical hardware; prepare and execute static-fire tests for solid rocket motors; operate instrumentation and heavy equipment; enforce explosives and safety protocols; document tests and coach junior technicians.

Lead conceptual and preliminary turbomachinery design as an SME, perform design trades and analyses, collaborate on manufacturable, flight-ready designs, support engine test and development, and troubleshoot performance and reliability issues for existing turbopumps.

Lead turbopump/turbomachinery technology development across multiple engine platforms. Perform conceptual design, trade studies, preliminary and detailed design, and analysis. Collaborate with design teams to produce manufacturable, flight-ready systems, support engine testing, and troubleshoot performance and reliability issues.

The Chief Engineer, Vehicle is responsible for the technical authority and integration of vehicle systems, leading lifecycle management, and ensuring successful design and flight readiness. This role involves collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines and mentorship of team members.

Receive, verify, and sign for deliveries; record inbound/outbound shipments in the ERP; coordinate internal routing; scan and file paperwork; schedule shipments and pickups; track shipping materials and submit purchase requests; assist inventory specialists and support process improvements while maintaining an organized workspace. Must lift up to 50 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license.

Lead end-to-end aerospace/defense programs: own schedule, budget, risks, customer relationships, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare program review materials, manage contract scope, support capture/business development, and ensure on-time delivery while complying with ITAR/EAR and security clearance requirements.

Lead development and deployment of manufacturing processes and capital equipment for solid rocket motor production. Serve as process owner and SME, design and source machines, support hands-on production builds, create SOPs/work instructions, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability and quality.

Lead process ownership and development for AP milling and powder handling for solid rocket motors. Design, qualify, and improve milling processes and equipment, enforce process documentation and change control, perform hazard analyses, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma. Provide hands-on troubleshooting, mentor staff, ensure process safety and regulatory compliance, and support validation, scale-up, and incident investigations.

Plan and execute flight and motor qualification campaigns, manage offsite energetic material testing, integrate and validate rocket motors, troubleshoot instrumentation and systems, liaise with customers and test ranges, generate test procedures and hazardous shipping documentation, and support launcher and ignition system operations during field deployments.

As a Systems Engineer, you will support program leads, track requirement verification, develop analyses, and provide technical guidance in aerospace propulsion systems.
