Lead client onboarding: run setup calls, configure Uplinq and QuickBooks Online, resolve integrations and messy books, oversee junior specialists, manage many concurrent client timelines, escalate scope or timeline issues, and coordinate handoffs with Sales, Accounting, and Tax.

Own month-end close and financial reporting for a portfolio of complex clients using QuickBooks Online and Uplinq systems. Serve as main client contact, handle job costing, inventory, class/location reporting, and third-party integrations. Prepare advanced journal entries, apply full-cycle accrual accounting/GAAP, document SOPs, and review and mentor junior Accounting Specialists.
