As a Customer Success Associate, you will be a critical part of Uplight Customer Success organization, responsible for supporting day-to-day activities of Uplight team of Customer Success Managers and Technical Project Managers. The Associate position represents a growth opportunity within Uplight’s organization, with exposure to both internal and external activities. Examples of internal projects include metrics reporting, customer support, issue coordination and resolution, Salesforce.com administration, and market analysis. Examples of external activities include project management, SaaS application configuration, data analysis and troubleshooting, customer training, onsite meeting support, trade show support, and PowerPoint material preparation and delivery.

Design, Implement and Build the critical operational systems that enable Uplight’s Implementation and Reporting teams to effectively support our customer base. Manage the day to day operations of the organization by tracking, monitoring and reporting on organizational performance. Manage squad capacity planning and reporting. Manage time and project financial tracking system for the Utility Operations Squad. Implement, manage and improve systems to facilitate Utility operations activities. Coordinate with Sales Enablement to track renewals and upsell opportunities. Work closely with the Utility Ops and Exec leadership teams to map strategic objectives to tactical process changes. Lead critical internal initiatives designed to increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or reduce costs. Work closely within Finance to ensure Utility Operations is accurately forecasting revenue, costs, and headcount needs.

You will be the main face of Uplight to our clients during active implementations and will be responsible for the overall project management of our programs.  You will be the go-to resource for customers and internal stakeholders, providing insight on how our software works and what it can do. You will learn the software inside and out and will work with customers and developers to help grow our software in an environment with rapid deployments and constant innovation.  You will own specific product(s) and partner with people from various business areas to drive an on-time, on-budget implementation. You will proactively communicate with customers via phone, email, telepathy, etc. to ensure effective and delightful user experiences.  You will seamlessly transition the account to the identified account/ client success manager as needed after launch. You will ensure new features are completed as intended and free from significant bugs before being delivered to the client. You will test new development and generally own user acceptance of new features. You will get to travel up 20% of the time to customer locations to lead and support implementation projets.
