Supports the Hub HR Business Partner with employee relations, investigations, onboarding, HR inquiries, records administration, leave management, union workforce support, compliance reporting, and HRIS updates. Facilitates orientations and training, processes I-9 verification through E-Verify, maintains confidential files, analyzes HR metrics, and assists with workplace accommodations and occupational injury processes. This is an onsite role at Denver International Airport supporting unionized frontline and management employees.

Supervise airport hub services personnel and daily station assignments while ensuring safety, quality, regulatory, and customer-service standards. Coach and train employees, maintain staffing coverage, manage employee relations, handle incidents and injuries, and support efficient operations during high-volume or irregular conditions. The role requires flexible availability across a 24/7 operation, physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds, outdoor work in varying weather, and a valid driver’s license.
