Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Support, and Sales to improve onboarding, create reusable playbooks, and support expansion.

Lead and deliver Unanet ERP implementations and short-duration consulting engagements for government contracting customers. Gather requirements, configure systems, load data, support month-end close and reconciliations, train users, and drive adoption. Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and multiple concurrent customer projects while partnering with project managers and internal teams. Contribute to implementation methodology improvements and maintain expertise in Unanet functionality.

Leads Unanet’s internal data strategy and architecture for enterprise AI. Defines the shared data foundation, target architecture, governance standards, roadmap, and reusable approaches for AI assistants, agents, and workflows. Evaluates platforms and integration options, validates technical solutions, and coordinates IT, Security, Legal, Engineering, business owners, and system specialists. Advises senior leaders, establishes data quality and stewardship requirements, and helps determine when data is ready to support scalable AI initiatives.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market B2B SaaS customers, driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and measurable business outcomes. Build executive relationships, create strategic account success plans, monitor customer health, lead executive business reviews, identify risks and growth opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, Finance, and Marketing. Serve as the customer advocate and trusted strategic advisor.

Lead end-to-end Unanet SaaS implementations, manage scope/timeline/budget, create project artifacts, communicate with stakeholders, mitigate risks, manage multiple client implementations, drive customer satisfaction, and own change, scope, budget, and forecasting.

Lead end-to-end Unanet ERP implementations for AEC clients: discovery, configuration, data migration, training, testing, go-live, and month-end support. Translate business and accounting requirements into scalable solutions, drive change management and adoption, mentor junior consultants, and use AI tools and automations to improve delivery. Travel up to 30% to support client engagements.
