Senior People leader to build and scale HRBP, Talent Development, and People Experience for a fast-growing AI company. Partner with executives to design AI-forward people strategies, establish HR operating cadences, implement talent review and leadership development, and measure people-driven business outcomes. Manage ~15 HR professionals and drive adoption of AI tools for talent analytics and HRBP decision support.

Lead and scale end-to-end operations for a global talent platform, covering sourcing and matching, contractor lifecycle management, payments and compliance, and support operations. Partner with Product, Data, Legal, and Finance to build automated, metrics-driven workflows and systems that improve onboarding, allocation, payment accuracy, and issue resolution at scale.

Own and optimize the MarTech stack (primarily HubSpot), manage HubSpot-Salesforce integration and lead lifecycle, run campaign operations and email execution, ensure data hygiene and attribution, build reporting dashboards, and enable cross-functional teams with scalable processes and documentation.
