Develop, enhance, test, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse). Design data models and integrations using Azure services, REST APIs, and custom connectors. Support Agile delivery, testing, migrations, documentation, deployments, security, privacy, and Section 508 accessibility compliance.

Develop and maintain responsive, scalable Power Platform (canvas and model-driven) applications and Power Automate flows in a federal environment. Build PoCs/MVPs, custom connectors, integrate Dataverse and SharePoint Online, collaborate in Scrum ceremonies, translate requirements to functional apps, and validate solutions with end-users. Requires .NET/C# experience and an active Public Trust clearance.

Lead requirements elicitation and stakeholder workshops for enterprise application modernization. Analyze and document business processes, translate needs into user stories and functional requirements, create process maps, support UAT and solution validation, and maintain governance and SDLC documentation while collaborating with PMs, developers, and architects.
